1. General Terms
By using our website or services, you represent that:
You are at least 18 years old, or you have obtained the consent of a legal guardian if you are under 18 years old.
You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our services.
You will not misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to interfere with our services or website.
2. Services We Provide
MKLV REPAIRS provides FRP unlocking services for Android devices. Our services are designed to help users bypass FRP (Factory Reset Protection) locks on their devices. You acknowledge and agree that:
You are the lawful owner of the device, or have obtained explicit permission from the device’s owner to use the services.~
You will provide accurate information about your device to ensure successful service.
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information about your device, including the IMEI number, phone model, and carrier information.
Use the services only for devices you own or have proper authorization to unlock.
Not attempt to manipulate, abuse, or misuse the services for unlawful purposes.
4. Payment and Refunds
a. Payment
Payment must be made in full prior to receiving unlocking services.
We accept payments through secure online payment methods.
b. Refunds
Samsung FRP Bypass Service : If we are unable to remove the FRP from your Samsung device, a full refund will be issued.
If you submit a phone that is NOT SUPPORTED (refer to the product page for unsupported devices), a $5 processing fee will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your payment method.
If the phone is KG (Knox Guard) locked, a $10 processing fee will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your payment method.
If the phone is Blacklisted, a $5 processing fee will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your payment method.
Mi Account Remove Service : If we are unable to remove your Mi Account lock then we will issue full refund (Clean Phone)
If you apply phone who is in “LOST MODE” or activated in China we will charge $10 processing fee.
Phoenix Service Tool Credits : If we are unable to deliver credits to your account, we will issue a full refund.
Once the credits are delivered to your account, a refund will not be issued. Credits are nonrefundable.
SAM-FRP Credits : If we are unable to deliver credits to your account, we will issue a full refund.

UnlockTool License : If we are unable to activate your license, we will issue you a full refund.
If your license is activated, a refund will not be available.
NOTE: Any order cancellation will incur a $5 fee.
5. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
Any damages resulting from the misuse of our services or website.
Loss of data or other issues arising from the unlocking process.
Devices that cannot be unlocked due to carrier restrictions or other external factors.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service, and no further compensation is due for any issues encountered.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, software, and trademarks on this website are owned by MKLV REPAIRS and are protected by copyright law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content from this website without our permission.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
